Hi, I’m Emiliano Bonanomi, a professional guitarist, educator, and music tech consultant.

I teach electric, acoustic, and classical guitar to students of all ages and levels as a certified Yamaha Music System tutor, offering engaging private lessons both online and in person.

As a session musician, I’ve collaborated with artists in the electropop and alt/rock scenes, including Evelyn Bates, Amy Pearson, and Jennings Couch. I’m also the resident guitarist for Vivid Music, The Supreme Collective, and more. In musical theatre, I’ve worked on shows like Pippin and Fame with companies such as Sedos and Phoenix Players.

Passionate about the intersection of music and technology, I’ve contributed to the GASP project and co-authored the white paper “How Blue is Our Blues.” I hold a PGCert in Performance Teaching (Distinction) from Guildhall School of Music & Drama and an MMus in Popular Music Performance from ICMP.

As a member of the MU Education Committee and a representative for Croydon Music & Arts, I actively support music education policy and development, ensuring access and opportunity for the next generation of musicians.
